Isaiah Chapter 16

cropped-logo_2042734_web1.jpg

Blessings everyone,

I pray that you all are seeking the face of God. There are times that we may feel as is God is against us. We may be going through a stage of quiet or the Father could be focusing on a shift. Your not being ignored he hears you he’s just working on it.

It’s almost like when a parent is cooking and a child keeps saying “I’m hungry” there’s nothing the parent can do to soothe that moment but be quiet. the words “I’m working on it” just won’t do.  If God said He was working on it we would still be wailing in His ears.

Let us seek His face with praises and thanksgiving in advance.

Let’s get into the word!

Isaiah Chapter 16

Verse 1- 14

The word says that Moab was trying to get protection from the King of Israel by sending lambs. their woman were sent to live as fugitives in Israel. Moab asked that Israel be the fugitives of Moab’s hiding place.

when the destruction cease and the oppressors  cease, A throne of loving kindness will be established, and the one that sits on it will be faithful and come from the family of David.

Judging and seeking justice and runs to righteousness.

The Lord says in three years the pride and glory of Moab will be down graded, the remnant will be very small and weak.

The people of Israel was focused on their riches and glory. what they felt they had built and was building was only done by the grace of their own hands. the had not bothered to give God the Glory.

Their arrogance and pride put them in a position of lack, in this position of lack they now found them selves mourning, wailing in the streets, looking for refuge from the neighboring towns.

often I’m sure that some of us have found ourselves fin this position, with a time of “why isn’t my life going right?” the people of Moab went through this for three years, until Jesus came. Reading this made me so grateful that Jesus paid the ransom for us. could you imagine getting that life lesson. three woes because a people couldn’t give God the Glory.

Isaiah Chapter 15

Blessings everyone,

Lets get into the word!

Isaiah Chapter 15

Verse 1-9

In this chapter; the Prophesy against Moab, Isaiah delivers the hard message that Moab will be destroyed in a night. There will be devastation and mourning. The scripture says everyone’s heads is shaven and every beard is cut off. The people will put on sackcloth and wail in the streets.

The cities that Moab claimed will cry out, the people will flee while weeping. The waters is desolate (empty) the grass is withered. They will take the wealth that they stored up and their cry will be heard along the boarder of Moab.

this chapter ends with the announcement that their will be a lion among the fugitives of Moab among the remnant of the land.

Moab’s fall came due to Pride and arrogance. That tends to be the fall of most of us. In this day we are always working on the next pat on the back, on the next recognition, the promotion and there’s a thin line that if crossed we land in a sinful nature.

When we are in a sinful nature we place ourselves in the position to be disciplined by the Father. Being in a sinful nature we don’t look like him, He’s not trying to hear us. which places us in a mournful position. We are blinded to what can be, and lost in what we see.

The chapter ends with the Remnant, no matter what, God always has a remnant, He is always waiting to hear us say; ” forgive me Father for my sins known and unknown.” we just have to say them.

Be Blessed

If you are looking to begin your walk with Christ as a believer turn your bible, download the free bible app, or google Romans 10:9 Declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord , and believe in your heart that the Father raised him from the dead, then you shall be saved. Isaiah Chapter 14

Blessings everyone,

I pray that you all are proclaiming the victory, that God has already set forth on your journey.

Sometimes life Will hold us captive by all the things that we are afraid of and hold is stuck and unable to see the victory or even expect the victory. Claim your unseen Victory in the name of Jesus.

Let’s get into the word of God

Isaiah Chapter 14

Verses 1-23

The Lord told Isaiah that the Lord will have compassion for the Isrealites. They will take on foreigners and be given their own land and will hold their captors captive, they will rule over their oppressors.

The Babylonian King believed that he was bigger than God and so God will break his staff and sweep away their land.

As I read this word I thought about how our spirits can be held captive by people who want us to believe what they say about us.

They are holding our purpose captive. When we are still in God we wait patiently for God to break us free.

When he does he puts us in a position where we are great in his Glory, he loose are tongue for hos Glory.

Those who held our purpose captive then become captive by the works of our purpose

Verse 24- 27

Isaiah attached the prophecy to what had already been fulfilled on the Assyrians. This was most likely done to remind Israel when the God of host says something, than it is so.

Reminding Israel that Babylon will fall and be trampled as Assyria had. Nothing and no one can stop or change that.

Gods word has always stood firm, one thing for sure is when he says something it sure enough is coming.

He may show a sign, He may comeover you while reading a Scripture. He may even whisper it to you.

You’ll get a chill over your body that, some will get a peace in their soul and others willhave a visitation by the Holy Spirit.

However you get that message know that His word is unchanging.

Verse 28- 32

The third section is Judgement on Philistine.

The Lord sends a message through the Oracle (Prophet) that He will rise his people up from under them. And it will be the Philistine that will suffer.

The Lord will bring famine and the remainder (survivors) will be put to death.

Does the words “May God have mercy on your soul”

How about “First will be last, and last will be first.”

Let’s look at it as instructions on leading a righteous lifestyle.

We must be careful how we treat others, especially those less fortunate then ourselves. We must becareful who we give the Glory for our blessings, teachings, or testimonies.

We Can not place ourselves higher than the throne of God (self pride)

Isaiah chapter 13

Verses 1-6

The Prophet Isaiah begins to tell the people the sad news that there will be a day whe a signal will come from the mountains.

And God will send his consecrated ones and his great warriors to battle to execute His anger. They well come from the end of Heaven to destroy the whole land.

The mighty wrath of God. One thing we learn from the Bible is that it’s not when one person is doing wrong, it’s when a people is doing wrong collectively.

When we learned in Genius that God created Adam to be fruitful and multiply the multiplication would be Accountability partners.

Jesus confirms it when He said one of the important commands is to Love your neighbor as God loves you.

If a people is doing wrong (Sodom) and then He WILL cast judgement upon them.

Uses his oracle Isaiah to warn yhe people. Who says God won’t give his people a chance to correct their actions?

Verse 6-16

Isaiah warns the people that the day will come when they will wail. This is when God WILL exterminate the sinners.

When the stars will not shine and the sun will be dark, the moon will give no light.

God says He will put an end to arrogance, and men will be rare as fine Gold. God says he will make the heavens tremble, and shake the earth from it’s place.

The word arrogance stud out in tgis reading for me. ( it could because I was listening to the song give God the Glory)

We live in the day where we rarely hear the words Thank you Jesus! Glory to God! For his Glory!

Arrogance is strong in this day as believers we are on this earth to shine God’s light, to teach and share testimony about the power of God’s grace and mercy. Introduce prayer life, walk like Jesus did.

Verse 17-22

These verses tell us that God used the Medes because they jad No care for silver or Gold, they couldn’t be bought.

And the went forth to destroy in tue name of God.

Isaiah told the people that the Lord says it would be like Sodom and Gamorrah.

Gods wrath is as strong as his love. We have to decide what end to be on, and what end we would be willing to help are neighbor be on.

This walk is about our faith in God, the confirmation of His word, and teaching what we have learned.

Be Blessed

Chapter 10

reflections of verse 1-4

Isaiah has the tough job of trying to let the house of Israel know that god is not happy with them. the first verse starts off with “woe to those who make unjust laws.”

We are reminded in this word  by God that if we are more concerned with making life harder for someone else the we better be ready for sorrow (woe).

when disaster comes who will we run to?  All that we have collected and have fatten up on and walked in riches in, now has caused an avalanche and is in danger of being in ruins.

who will we call, when we have fallen under our capture?

I find my self  doing a spiritual check, at times we may not even notice that out of anger or hurt we may wish a persons life to be worst off than ours, we may decree a hardship over there lives, or have the solution to their problem, and won’t budget to help.

these things are human flesh reactions to everyday situations. In these verses we learn that every action has a reaction, every sin has a consequence. The question is who will we expect to help us?

As I was writing, my spirit reminded me of the saying “you can’t sit on the fence” We can not sit on the fence when it comes to God. We can’t be decreeing and declaring the word of God over our lives, and then speaking the acts of Satan over  someone else’s life. What we speak will come back to us.

Verse 5-19

This study is so important in this day. we are so busy  moving in gloat and pride about what we accomplished. We think that we are the reason for all things in our lives that we should be glorified for our achievement.

We give God the Glory, .for all things concerning us. We do this because we couldn’t do a thing without Him. But their are some who will try to get the Glory.

We learn in these verses that God uses Assyria against Israel to take all things and run through their streets and trample anything that’s worth something.

Assyria wasn’t doing these things for God just their selfish reasons and even after the Lord was then ready to punish the Assyrian king for his arrogant heart.

We see two sides, we see a people who want to make, or assist the poor to be worse off then what they are. And then we have the side where the vindictive people fall to arrogant people, none of God.

The two sections that I covered was based on how we treat others and God’s Glory, we walk in these tests everyday.

Obedience in treating our neighbors good and giving God the Glory is how  we live righteously. Knowing that God is the one that we call when we need help and our life is in ruin. The knowledge that what we put out there is what we will get back.

verse 20-34

In a  group of unbelief, there is belief. The remnant, the few left over after God has destroyed. The few that walk by faith and rely on God for their everything.

Remnant is the few remaining out of a group of many. Through Isaiah God says the remnant will not have to worry, this is only for a little while.

It’s like the aftermath of a storm, the clean up crew.

In this chapter….

We find three things to add to our faith journey

  1. We can not look and speak on the down fall of our neighbors, we must help our neighbors and pray for them. when we see them in, a time of hardship, we must speak life into there spirit, and rebuke death.
  2. Give God the Glory, we can not do anything by our own mite, but only by the power of God, for His Glory.
  3. If you walk in 1 and 2 be ready to be the remnant. After the smoke clears, God says he’s going to take care of everything else, don’t worry that part is over!

Blessings if you are reading this blog and want to begin your walk with God and build a relationship with Him, google, download the free bible app, or open your bible to Romans 10:9

Lord God Thank you for your blood and your company, I believe in my heart that you are Lord and was brought back to life on the third day, Purify my mind and heart and make me knew. Thank you Lord for saving me from death in Jesus name

Amen

Isaiah Chapter 9

cropped-logo_2042734_web.jpg

Blessings everyone,

I pray that you all are doing well in your righteous walk. It can sometimes seem like you are going through a lot of things and it may even feel like they are hitting you all at once. when life hits like that, it is time to hide in the presence of the Lord.

I have come to learn that when it’s hitting me hard, the Lord is trying to get my attention. for the intercessors that means going into prayer more often. For the prophets and the teachers it may mean studying the word a bit more deeper.

Whatever the deeper is, the most valuable part is the unlock that comes from it. God is waiting to recover what was destroyed as he did Manasseh, but first we must go to him and be ready to change the things that he wants to change.

To the followers thank you for your support you are appreciated! If you happen to be scrolling and came across this blog, thanks for stopping by. If you are led please follow so that you can get notifications of new blog posts. Let me introduce myself!

Isaiah Chapter 9

verse 1- 7

The Lord continues to tell Isaiah the gloom will not be on her (the land) who is distressed, as when it was first had taken over the land of Zebulon and the land of Naphtali heavily oppressed people lived by the sea, beyond the Jordan, in Galilee of the gentiles.

The people who were in darkness (oppressed, depressed, and did not hear or see God) have seen a great light those who stayed in the land of the shadow of death, would see the light upon them. the nations will multiply the joy will increase. they will celebrate over their harvest. The yoke of their burdens will be broken and the staff of their shoulders, the rod of their oppressors like when Gideon blew his trumpet, for all the blood that was shed God will set flame (rebuke) of fire.

To us a child will be born a son given and the government will be on his shoulders his name will be called wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, prince of peace. From the increase of his government and peace there will be no end, on the throne of David there will be no end to order it and establish it with judgement and justice for that time on, even forever the zeal of the Lord of host will perform this.

In these verses Isaiah tells the people of what will come from the darkness to light. This word applied to our lives tell us that we will go through things in our lives and there will and can be darkness then comes Jesus, and we call him wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, Prince of peace.

When there is no way, then comes God making away, because he loves us so much! showing us how wonderful he is, how mighty he is in our lives, and if we listen, how well he can counsel us. The peace that he will bring us, will bring everlasting life to us.

Verse 8-17

The verses says the Lord sent a word against Jacob and it all fell on Israel. The people of Ephraim and Samaria will know it. They will say the bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with stone. The sycamores are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars. Therefore the Lord raises Ephraim adversaries. from Rezin and spurs their enemies on. The Syrians before  and the Philistines after and they shall devour Israel with an open mouth. For all his anger is not turned away, but his hand is still stretched out.

Yet the people do not turn to Him who strikes them, nor do they seek the Lord of host.

Therefore the Lord will cut off head and tail from Israel palm branch and bulrush in one day. The elder and the honorable is the head. The prophet who teaches lies, he is the tail. The leaders of the people cause them to fumble and the ones who are led by them will be destroyed.

The Lord will have no joy in their young man and no mercy on the fatherless and widows, because everyone is hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaks foolishness and with all of this he’s angry but He still willing to help.

Even when we fail to give  God the glory he’s still right there waiting on us, and even if you didn’t know any better he’s still going to destroy the one who taught you.

This word is important for the impostors teaching and speaking, on their will, and according to their word’s. Leaving out Gods Glory in what he is doing and speaking on their own emotions and not the spirit of the Lord.

Taking on leadership positions, places us in a position that influences people. How we influence the people will be how God deals with us.

As believers in Christ we must realize that if we are not operating in the Holy Spirit and we are trying to move the body of Christ, it’s not going to work, God is going to destroy what is not good. When we move and  the Holy Spirit  is not in it, it becomes a self made, self recognized, self ruled thing.

We can not act out God’s orders or give him the glory if we are allowing ourselves to get in the way. This leads us to get in the way of the purpose of others. leading them in the wrong direction.

Verse 18-21

Isaiah tells the people that the Lord says wickedness burns like a fire, it consumes briars and thorns it even sets the forest thickets ablaze and mount up like rising smoke, by the wrath of God ( the word is the God of host “Armies) the land is burned up and the people shall be in fuel for the fire, no man shall snatch on the right hand and be hungry, he shall devour the left hand and not be satisfied. Every man will eat the flesh of his own arm.

Manasseh will devour Ephraim and Ephraim will devour Manasseh together they will be against Judah, and with all this His anger isn’t turned away and still his hand is stretched out

The verses starts by saying the day will come when wicked burns, is devoured  this being because of the Lord’s wrath. The people shall be the fuel for the burning land.

What we do will determine what will happen. This word is for a people that did not give God the Glory, this word was for a people who were so busy Idolizing, and being told to idolize. Even in hardship they did not say Lord why are you punishing me. They said “I have to do it better, I have to get more”

In a day where we have so many television Apostles, Prophets, Ministers we must keep in mind of this word, hold it like the warning it is.

The Lord wants the people to know that he will turn away, they will go through hardship, they will see and fuel His fire.

Verse 16; we are warned about leading in lies, and so we will be brought to repentance.

As I was writing this blog I was led to go deeper into the study of Ephraim and Manasseh. while I was studying I learned that Manasseh was held captive by the Assyrian king and was tortured until he repented and was recovered, when he did he abandoned his Idolatry ways.

God destroys and then he builds. He will bring us through somethings, so  that we learn our lessons. He will turn from us and stretch out his hands, and then send help to build us up.

Jesus was sent just for this reason

Israel had become an Idolatry people, doing evil in the eyes of God. They stop walking in faith and trying to be pleasing to God the had stopped believing God for all their needs.

When we apply the word from these verses we know that no matter how we want to cover it up, when we bring things in the natural that is from our own will and we bring them to God and to His people we must be ready to see it destroyed.

It’s not your ministry, it’s Gods; it’s not your church, it’s God!

Blessings if you want to began a relationship with the Lord of host and you want to see what he can do in your life then turn your bible; download the free bible app; or google Romans 10:9 and If you say with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and God raised him from the dead than you will be Saved.

Get yourself into a bible based church, find a Holy Spirit filled group to fellowship with and let the Lord move and destroy all that is not of him and for your good.

Be Blessed

Isaiah Chapter 8

logo_2042734_web

Blessing Everyone,

I pray that you all are walking in obedience, and making sure that you have your ears to Gods lips. As I was finishing up this chapter I meditated on how can I make sure that I give God the Glory in all things concerning me, that includes trials and tribulations, rocket fire and waits.

When we pray for God to come in and hand our enemies to us, kick down doors that we though were cemented we must be ready to welcome God in to our environment. This chapter was a sneak peak of what happens when God turns his back on us and treats us as we treat Him.

Lets get into the word!

Isaiah Chapter 8

Verse 1-10 Isaiah and his children as signs

These verses tell us that the Lord told Isaiah to take a scroll and write on it  with a regular pen Maher – Shalal- Hash- Baz (Quick to plunder, swift to the spoil) and so Isaiah called on the witnesses  of the priest Uriah, and Zachariah son of Jerberchiah. Isaiah said that then he made love to his wife the prophetess, and she conceived and gave birth to a son and the Lord told Isaiah to name him Maher -Shalal-Hash-Baz. Isaiah says that the Lord said before the boy knew how to call out for his parents the plunder of Samaria will be carried off by the king of Assyria.

The Lord spoke to Isaiah again telling him that because the people rejected his presence and rejoiced over the fall of Rezin and the son of Ramaliah, the Lord is about to bring on them a mighty floodwaters of the river.

The king of Assyria and all his army will overflow through the towns and cities and fill up the land. The word goes on to say that the Lord tells Isaiah to tell the people, they will be shattered into pieces. Listen for countries, prepare yourself but you will be broken. Make plans, but it wont come to anything, speak your plans, but it won’t come to nothing, because God is with us.

These verses show us how powerful God is when we turn our backs to him. When we do not follow instructions and when the Lord decides to confirm his word. When we apply this word to our lives it starts with our faith.

The Lord will confirm his word. In Chapter 7 the Lord says that Rezin, Syria and the son of Ramaliah would not get their way. even though the prophecy was confirmed the people still turned their backs on God rejoicing the fall but not giving God the Glory.

We can not pray and beg God to deliver us and then when he shows up not bother to give Him the praise and the Glory for taking care of us.  We learn in this chapter that something bigger than what we first feared will be the end result. No matter what you plan to get out of it, your still going to feel it.

We must give God the Glory when He comes through in your life. We should be on a “As for me and my household” Level with our praise.

verse 11-22

The word says that the Lord spoke to Isaiah with a strong hand (seriousness) that he (Isaiah) should not walk in the ways of the people. not to say conspiracy concerning all things the call a conspiracy, nor should he be afraid of their threats, nor trouble. you should Hallow in him, lets Him be your fear, let Him be your dread. He will be a stone of stumbling, a rock to trip on, to both the houses of Israel. A trap and snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and many among them shall stumble over them then they will fall and be broken and even be cornered and trapped.

Bind up the testimonies and seal the law. (here’s your ark) among my disciples and I will wait on the Lord who hides his face from the house of Jacob and I will look for him.

Isaiah says listen carefully “Here am I and the children the Lord gave to me. we are signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts who dwells in mount Zion.”

And when they say to you seek those who are mediums and wizards,  who whispers and mutters, should not a people seek their God? Should the seek the dead on behalf of the living? Direct them to the testimonies and the law. If they do not speak according to this word, that is because there is no light in them.

Those that seek any one other than God will go through life deeply distressed and hungry (empty) and they will become enraged and curse their king and their God as they look upward, and they will only see darkness and distress. When they look at the earth, and they will be driven away in darkness and overwhelming night.

We are placed in some difficult surrounding around people that have zero light. If we are not careful their speech can easily become our speech. As believers we must focus only on following the word of God and listen only to those who walk with the light of God in them.

When we are not filed by the glory of God, we are walking around anxious and hungry, frustrated and tired, that position will place you in darkness.

If you find yourself listening and following the ways of the “they’s” you will find yourself empty and hungry, because you are looking for answers to life from the dead,

I have walked with my head down and my heart on God, can I tell you, that when you are able to look up and see Gods work and Gods love, you will get to feel a wholeness with your spirit.

I do believe that my time with my head down and my heart on God allowed him to come in and fix the places that needed to be fixed and then I longed to look up.

Lets get into the word

The miraculous signs of Immanuel

verse 1-9

The word says Rezin and Pekah the kings of Aram and Israel, went to fight against Jerusalem, but they couldn’t over power it.

The royal family of Ahaz the king of Judah  was told ” The army of Aram has joined forces with Ephraim army.” Ahaz and his people were scared. The word says they trembled like trees in the forest when the wind blows.

Isaiah says the Lord said to him “Go out to see Ahaz, take your son Shear- Joshub with you. Meet Ahaz at the end of the channel that brings water from the upper pool. It is on the road to the washer man’s field. Tell Ahaz, be careful. Stay calm, Do not be afraid, Do not lose hope because of the burning anger of Rezin, Arom and the son of Remaliah.

After all, they are nothing but  a couple of pieces of smoking firewood. Aram, Ephraim and Remaliah’s son have planned to destroy you. They said let’s march into Judah and attack, lets tear everything down. Then we could share the land among ourselves, and we can make Tabeel’s son king over it”

The Lord says to Isaiah “But I am Lord and king. I said that will not happen it will not take place. The capital of Aram is Damascus and the ruler of Damascus is only Rezin. don’t worry about the people of Ephraim, they will be to crushed to be considered a people.

That will happen before 65 years are over the capital of Ephraim is Samaria and the ruler of Samaria is only Remaliahs son. If you don’t stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.

In faith we know that God’s word is confirmed, life brings fear to us and we don’t want to face the winds and the shaking trees but in these verses we learn that God says; don’t fear and don’t allow a negative distraction  to intimidate us, our main focus is to make sure we stand in faith, and stand firm.

Verse 10-25

The word says the Lord spoke to Ahaz through Isaiah saying; I am the lord your God, ask me to give you a miraculous sign. He can be anything in the deepest grave or in the highest heaven.

Ahaz answered saying he won’t ask, he won’t test God.

Then Isaiah said, listen members of Ahaz  family isn’t it enough to test man’s patience? are you going to test the patience of God? The Lord will give you a miraculous sign. The virgin is going to have a baby. She will have a son and he will be called Immanuel.

Their will be a time we will have to decide what is wrong and what is right. He will only have butter and honey to eat. But even before that the land of the two kings you are afraid of will be completely destroyed.

The Lord will bring the king Assyria against you and He will bring him against your people and the whole royal family. It will be a time of trouble unlike any since the people of Ephriam broke away from Judah.

The word says at that time the Lord will call for the Egyptians and they will come like flies from streams of Egypt. He will call for the Assyrians, they will come like bees. They will all come and camp in deep valleys, caves and water holes.

Isaiah tells Ahaz at this time the Lord will us the Assyrians to punish you. Ahaz had hired them earlier. Now their king will be like a razor in the Lord’s hand, he will shave the hair from your head and legs. He will also shave off your beards.

A man will only be able to keep one young cow and two goats alive. But they will give enough milk and butter to live on. All those who is left will have only butter and honey to eat.

The land that once had 1000 vines worth 25 lbs of silver will be covered with horns and bushes. all the hills that used to be plowed with hoes. But you wont go there because you are afraid of thorns  and bushes. Cattle will be turned loose on those hills and sheep will run there.

I read the last verse a couple of times, I was reminded that our fears and lack of faith will be the reason we miss out on the things that God released for you.

The word says “the land that once had vines worth 25 lbs of silver will be covered with thorns and bushes”  because you were afraid you didn’t go and do the work by removing those thorns and bushes you missed out.

you missed out not only on the land, but in that place cattle and sheep will be loose.

Fear of trials stop us and then we miss the blessing from God. You didn’t go and test your faith in God, because it was dark, because you didn’t see a way out, because you thought it was a dead end, because you were scared you would fail. The blessing still hit the land, you just wasn’t in position.

Fear of invaders will stop you from going in the places you will need to go, to tend to the things that you will need to tend to in order to have the harvest that you would like to see. The thing we don’t want to talk about, is when the blessing hit and you aren’t kin position, someone else will test their faith in God and stumble upon the land which the courage to fight the invaders and they will live will, because they were willing to trust God.

If you are tired of being afraid of thorns and bushes in your life and you want God to show you a miraculous sign, open your heart and welcome Him in. Turn your bible, download a free bible app or google Romans 10:9

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Start building your relationship by reading today’s chapter let God show you how to cut down those thorns. Find new ways to let him show you signs. Get yourself into a sound doctrine bible based church and a christian family to fellow ship with.

Be Blessed

Let’s get to the Word

Isaiah Chapter 6

Verse 1-16

Isaiah says the year that the King Uzziah died he saw the Lord seated on his throne, his robe was so long it filled the temple and he was highly honored.

Above him was Seraphs each of them had 6 wilngs 2 covered their faces, 2covered their feet, and they flew with 2. They were calling out to each other saying “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord who rules over all the whole earth is full of glory.”

Isaiah says their voices were so strong it caused the stone door frame to shake and the temples were full of smoke.

Isaiah cried out, How terrible it is for me! I’m about to be destroyed! My mouth speaks sinful words, and I live among people who speaks sinful words.

Now I have seen the King with my own eyes, He is Lord who rules over all.

A Seraph flew over to Isaiah holding hot coal with a tong. He touched Idaiahs mouth with the hot coal and said.

“This has touched your lips, your guilt has been taken away, your sin has been paid for.”

Isaiah says then he heard the voice of the Lord say; ” who will I send? Who will go for us?

And Isaiah answered;

“Here I am, send me”

The Lord told Isaiah to go and speak to the people and tell them

‘ you will hear but never understand. You will see but never know what you are seeing;

Make the hearts of these people stubborn.

Plug up their ears, close their eyes.

Otherwise the might see with their eyes,

They might hear with their ears, they might understand with their hearts and they might turn to me and be healed’

Then Isaiah said “Lord, how long will it be like that?”

The Lord answered it will be like that until the cities of Israel are destroyed.

And no one is living in them it will last until the houses are deserted.

It will last until I have sent everyone far away, the land will be totally deserted.

Even is a tenth of the people remain there, the land will be completely destroyed again.

But when oak trees and Terebinth Trees are cut down, stumps are left.

And my people will be like stumps that begin grow again.

Let me start with the definition os Seraphs- an angelic being regarded in traditional Christian angelology as belonging to the highest order of the ninefold celestial hierarchy, associated with light, after, and purity.

The verses above tells my spirit that guilt of our imperfection have already been dealt with.

God has already forgiven and gone to the next thing. When we find ourselves feeling convicted and riddled with guilt for our actions, and the way we use our tongues we go into hiding from God.

I like to call it the Adam and Eve syndrome. When Adam ate the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, The Father walke d through the garden looking for him and he was hiding.

That’s kind of what we do, yet when we face God here comes a solution.

Adam was naked, after admitting his wrongs he was clothed.

Isaiah wasn’t right with his mouth, after admitting he was healed, and his mouth was used for God’s purpose.

There’s the consistency that we look for in our confirmation from the word of God.

If your holding on to your wrongs and not letting God deal with it then your going to be stuck.

You won’t be able to move in purpose.

If you are looking to move in your purpose and want to establish your foundation on faith, turn your Bible to Romans 10:9 confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord and God raised him from the dead according to the scriptures, you shall be saved.

I pray that you find your self a Bible based sound doctrine church and amazing fellowship, as You build your foundation on faith.
