A moment with W.Lundy

Blessings everyone,

I pray that you all are grabbing on to those downloads from God, like you were catching  your blessings falling from the sky. As believers we should go forth in great things, which means that we cannot edit and put exceptions on God’s words and Laws. I believe that is why getting to know Jesus again is very important to our Christian walk.

From Sinner to Saint Blog is posted on many Facebook groups and pages. I will not say the name of the particular group or page that this post applies to, but I will say that I questioned if I even wanted to be a part of that page. Here’s what happen and the lesson.

Someone shared a photo on the page that was a picture of our present president hanging from the ledge of a high building. The caption read will you help him, yes or no?

I went into the comments because I was curious of what the people of God had to say. It appeared that a majority said no, some very hateful and others very subtle. Not thinking about anything that Jesus ( the one who gave his life so that we can go to the father clean, the one who paid the ransom for us) had taught.

Some lazy days I really don’t want to spend the time sharing to all those pages. This reminded me of why I am to post the Lord’s Bible study in groups on Facebook. I was shown a statistic that I really didn’t want to know. We cannot walk in hate and say we love God.

“I hate this person because they are evil, someone needs to kill him, oh but yes, I love the Lord.

If we love the Lord, then we should have faith that anyone that he has allowed to be president, is in that position because it is a part of the Lord’s plan. You don’t like the Lord’s plan, because it compromises your life, or because there is so much pain in it. We can’t pray a solution with a heart full of hate. We need to be praying asking the Lord what does he need us to do about it!

If we read the word, then we know it’s not the first time the people did not like who was appointed leader, yet there was a reason that the not so great leader was appointed. This isn’t about that though maybe another moment.

When we read about Jesus and the many miracles that he performed. We learn that some miracles were commanding evil spirits from men. Jesus didn’t say die because your evil, Jesus commanded the spirit to go. He perferred to save the life of the men (Matt 8: 28-34) our positions aren’t to criticize or argue. Our positions are to bring God’s spirit with us, and allow the holy spirit to do a thing through us and into them.

I don’t agree with what is going on in this world but I do have faith enough to know, whatever it is the Lord is moving in it and through it, and has shifted it like that for a reason. I will not ask my heavenly Father what he is doing, but I will ask my Father what does he need from me.

Our faith allows us not to worry about what is here, but to only concern ourselves about what the Lord needs us to do. Anything else, the Lord will download the instructions on how to cross that bridge. In faith we follow the path that has already been cleared. When we are needed to stand in the gap, will our spirits be ready or will we be clogged with the thoughts that are not of God.

Can we pray effectively when our love is conditional? How do we  pray for others, when we can’t love others like we love ourselves ( Matt 22:39)

I encourage you all to not only read the studies that I post put open your bible right along with me. Allow God to give you a study that he has prepared just for your life. And most important have faith in what he is doing. Do not allow your flesh to pull you from your spirit man, what we can’t control is meant for God alone.

To the followers, I know this a isn’t normal Bible study we are on chapter 7 of Matthew but the Lord went in another direction and I must obey. If led chapter 7 will be posted today if not tomorrow. You can tune in on periscope tonight for today’s Jouney In Praise broadcast  my handle is @WilhelminaLundy and I go live at 7pm I will be discussing Matthew Chapter 6 and this moment in depth.

Be Blessed everyone and know that it is when we allow God to deal with the things that we have no control over, that my friends is called believing in the unseen.

Now for the important part if you want to begin a new journey with the Lord. Google, download the free bible app or turn your bible  to Romans 10:9 Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and you shall be saved. Begin to build your foundation in faith through Prayer, word study, worship and fellowship.

I Samuel Chapter 25

David, Naval and Abigail

Verse 1-11

The word tells us that at this time Samuel had died and all Israel assembled and mourned for him; and they buried him at his home in Ramah.

David had moved down into the desert of Maon. There was a man in Main who was very wealthy and had property. The word says he had a thousand goats and three thousand sheep. The mans name was Naval and his wife’s name was abigail, the scripture says she was an intelligent and beautiful woman, but her husband was mean.

David was in the desert when he heard that Naval was shearing, David sent ten young men to Naval to say.

Long life to you! Good health to you and your household! And good health to all that is yours!

The men were to say on David’s behalf that he heart’s that it’s shearing time.

When your shepherds were with us, we did not mistreat them, and the whole time they were at Carmel nothing of theirs were missing. Ask your own servants and they will tell you. Therefore be favorable toward my young men, since we come at a festive time. Please give your servants and your son David whatever you can find for them.”

The word says when David’s men arrived, they have Nabal David’s message, and Nabal by saying who is David and why should I take food from my servants and give it to him and his men.

Read how David’s message came to Nabal. Which such great wishes of greatness, and Nabal still remained mean spirited. This reminds us that some people, no matter what you do for them no matter how much you speak good grace in to their lives, they will not move from their ways.
Verse 12-22

David’s men returned back and when they told David what Nabal said David told his men to put on their swords and David put his on as well. The word says about five hundred went up with David, and two hundred stayed with the supplies.

One of Nabal’s servants told his wife Abigail that Nabal had hurled insults at David’s men, and that the men were very good to them.

“Night and day they were a wall around us all the time we were herding our sheep near them. Now think it over and see what you can do, because disaster is hanging over our master and his whole household.”

The word says Abigail wasted no time. She gathered up as much as she could fit on her donkey (see scripture for details of what she packed for David). The word says she told her servant to go ahead and she would follow him, but she didn’t tell her husband.

As she rode her donkey in to the mountain ravine she saw David and his men coming toward her David had just said that Nabal had paid his good back with evil, and may God deal with him if he leaves one man alive of all who belong to Nabal.

Praise God Abigail new who David was and who’s David was. The servant knew what David capabilities were. Remember the song that drove Saul into a Jealous rage Saul killed thousands, but David killed ten thousands.

David felt that Nabal’s evil was should not go unpunished and what he knew was true was that God confirms the word of his servant.

Lastly look at Abigail, it was nothing to pack up food and something to drunk for the men. But it was everything to move quickly to save her life and her servants life.

Verse 23- 31

The word says when Abigail saw David she quickly got off the donkey and bowed before him with her face to the ground. She told David to pay no attention to the wicked man Nabal, he is a fool like his name. She tells Saul since the Lord has kept you from shedding blood with your own hands. May the Lord let all your enemies and all whi intend to harm you be like Nabal.

Abigail gives honor to David for fighting the Lord’s battles she speaks good word over his life, and asks him to remember her when the Lord blesses him with success.

Praise God Abigail came to David humble and knowing God’s vision for him. Abigail served as an intervention, if David killed Nabal with his own hands because he was upset, he would have had to deal with that sitting on his spirit.

Verse 32- 44

David gave Abigail the Lord’s blessings for meeting him and saving him from bloodshed. He tells Abigail that not only did she save her life but she saved everyone who belong to Nabal.

David accepted what Abigail had to give him and told her to go home in peace. When Abigail got home Nabal was drunk and feasting like a king,  she waited u til the next day to tell him what she did.

The word says his heart failed him and he turned to stone. Ten days later the Lord struck Nabal and he died.

The word says when David heard about Nabal’s death he praised God for upholding his cause for the way Nabal had treated him.

Then David sent word asking Abigail to be his wife. The word says that Abigail quickly got on her donkey with five of her maids and went with David’s messengers.

The word let’s us know that David also married Ahinaom of Jezreel and so he had two wives. Saul had given his daughter Michal away to Paltiel

Glory be to God, this chapter reminds us that when someone wrongs us there is no need to go for revenge. The Lord will uphold his servant. This is why we are not to look to the left and the right but straight ahead. The Lord will handle your left and right you will have to just trust in him for your forward.

Now for the important part if you are looking to build your foundation in faith turn your bible, Google or download the free bible app go to Romans 10:9 Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and you shall be saved. Begin to build your foundation in faith with worship; word study, prayer and fellowship.

I Samuel chapter 24

Verse 1- 7

The word tells us that after Saul returned from fighting the Philistines, he was told, that David was hiding in the desert En Gedi. Saul took three thousand men chosen from all if Israel to look for David and his men.

They came to a sheep’s pen and there was a cave. The word says Saul went in to relieve himself. David and his men were far back in the cave. David’s men told him this is the day the Lord spoke

“I will give your enemy into your hands for you to deal with as you wish”

The word says then David crept up and cut a corner of Saul’s robe. The word says David was conscience stricken. David tells his men that “the Lord forbid that I should do such a thing to my master, the Lord’s anionted, or lift my hand against him; for he is the anointed if the lord” the word says David rebuked his men and didn’t allow them to attack Saul.

The verses remind us that once anointed always anointed.  The enemy was using Saul through anger and Jealousy. Saul was thinking with a angry heart that was developed from Jealousy.

The Lord put Saul in David’s hands not what David did was going to determine who he was and where he stood in his walk in faith.

Had David killed Saul he would have been acting out of flesh not spirit. The Lord didn’t tell Saul to kill David “He said do to him as you wish” and at the moment of choice The Lord quickly reminded David of Saul’s anionting.

Romans 12:17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody

Verse 8 -13

The word says then David went out of the cave and called out to Saul. The word says when Saul turned around David was bowed down and prostrated himself. David asked Saul why was he listening to men that said he wanted to harm him? David tells Saul he could have killed him that day. David remind Saul that he had not wronged him but yet he is hunted. David say may the Lord judge between us. David remindsSaul of the saying.

From evildoers come evil deeds

So his hand will not touch him.

It was important for David to remind Saul of why he was hunting David. It was important for Saul to see that his life was spared.

Verse 14 -22

Saul says to David you are more righteous then me, you have treated me well, but I have treated you badly. Saul recognized his faults and he and David made an oath that David would not leave out Saul’s decendants when he is king.

Praise God David would not had been able to fully walk out his purpose if he would have killed Saul. He had to walk in forgiveness. He knew he didn’t do anything to Saul but Saul’s actions could have brought further from God he could have been controlled by anger which would have been developed by unforgiveness. David turned it around he rejected the seed of anger from being planted in his spirit. Then reminded Saul of his anointing. Glory be to God

I Samuel chapter 23

Verse 1-6

David seen that the philistine are fighting against Keilah, and he asked the Lord

Shall I go and attack these Philistines?

And the Lord responded saying

Go attack the Philistines and save keilah

Now when David let his men know what the Lord said. The let David know they were afraid, they needed more men for the Philistines forces. David went back to the Lord l, and the Lord answered saying

“Go down to Keilah, for I am going to give the Philistines into your hand”

The word says that David and his men went forward and fought the Philistines and carried off their livestock. The word says he inflicted heavy losses on the Philistines and saves the people of Keilah.

My God, the most important thing to do before we go fourth is go to God for council your spirit might say “what’s this going on? that’s not right!”

Can I tell you that if you react without God you will never know what that situation was meant to be. When we address things in the flesh we should not expect to have long lasting success in it. David showed us in every aspect of our lives we need to Go to the Lord and see if we have instructions and his blessings to fight that battle.

David didn’t say the Lord anointed me so what Ever it is that I believe we should do we will do. He said let me see what the one who I serve says about this.

Saul pursues David

Verse 7-12

The word says that Saul had gotten word that David was in Keilah and he said

“God has handed him over to me, for David has imprisoned himself by entering a town with gates and bars”

Saul called forces to go to Keilah and besieged David and his men. When David had gotten word what Saul was planning David told Abiathar to bring him the ephod. David began to ask the Lord what was to come fourth from Saul’s actions and would the innocent people in Keilah give him up after Saul destroys their town. The Lord said that Saul will destroy the town and the people of Keilah will give him up.

Saul is still willing to destroy the innocent to get what he wants. When I read the verses I am remind that sometimes the Lord will bring a situation that will test our faith. David had a man chasing around trying to kill him.

For us it could be the eviction notice, it can be the electricity company threatening to shut of your lights, it can be the enemy threatening your job, it can be your health. This word reminds us that we will be worned in our relationship with the Lord.

David had to run for his life, the difference is he waited on the Lord to tell him which way he would run. He didn’t just go without his Faith He allowed the God of Israel to guide his steps, Now the Lord has told him what he heard will happen.

Verse 13- 18

The word said David and his 600 men left Keilah and kept moving from place to place. When Saul was told that David left from Keilah he did not go there. The word says Saul searched for David day after day But God did not give David into his hands.

The word says when David was in the desert word had come to him that Saul was out to take his life. The word says the Saul’s son Jonathan went to David and helped him find strength in God. Jonathan said to David

” Don’t be afraid, my father will not lay a hand on you. You

will be king over Israel, and I WILL be second to you. Even my father Saul knows this”

The word says that the two men made a covenant and Jonathan went home and David stayed in the desert.

The Lord will send confirmation through a messenger to let you know you are in the forward. To remind you that you are who he says you are even if at the moment you are homeless and in the dark. David was homeless he could go home to be with his wife and his brethren because their father was out to kill him. Yet the Lord reassured him this is who I say you will be.

Verse 19- 25

The word says the Ziphites went to Saul and said David is hiding here in the desert. If you con down here we will hand him to you.

Saul wishes blessing of the Lord on them and told them to make the preparation to get him. Find out all his hiding places and I will come with you. When they went to the desert David had gone to another desert, and that went looking in pursuit of David.

We are reminded that their will be people looking for the worst to happen to you. They will try to make it easy for the enemy to attack you, they will try their best to hand you over.

Verse 26- 29

The word says that David was along one side of the mountain and Saul was going along the other. The word says as Saul was closing in on David a messenger came to him and told home the Philistines were attacking,  so he stopped the pursuit to go and fight the Philistines. And DVid went up to live in the strongholds of An Gedi.

We must believe the Lord to make a way. We must believe that he will open doors.

Ezekiel Chapter 18

Happy Monday Everyone,

I pray that you all had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed a bit of time to yourself. It is important to the betterment of you that you take a moment to build yourself. make some time to just sit with God and wait for him to give you instruction.

For those who do not know my name is Wilhelmina Lundy and I am a servant of God. Some of the ways that I serve the Lord is through this bible study blog. This is where I come to you guys with the word of the Lord so that we can spend sometime with God. Romans 1:17 tells us in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed,  a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written, the righteous will live by faith. This tells us through the word, God will reveal himself and build our faith. Glory to God. Next is the Journey In Praise ministry where you can find me on FaceBook (@journeyinpraise), periscope (@WilhelminaLundy) and YouTube @(journeyinpraise) Itunes (@journeyinpraise) and soundcloud (@journeyinpraise) at these outlets you can find me speaking the word of the Lord, and last but not least the prayer wall If you would like to be added to the prayer wall you can email me at fromsinnertosaint103@gmail.com. Now let’s get in to the word.

Ezekiel chapter 18

The soul who sins will die

verse 1 -3

Ezekiel says the word of the Lord came to him and said ” what do you people mean when you quote the proverb ‘The father’s eat sour grapes and the children’s teeth are set on edge’ ” the Lord says’ “surely as I live you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel. for every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son – both alike be long to me.The  soul who sins is the one who will die.

The Lord says in these voices know the son wont reap the father’s actions but you all belong to me everyone is responsible for his on salvation so weather our fathers walked upright or sinned has nothing to do with what we will have to face. you sin you die.

verse 5-9

The Lord says that a man who is walking upright and follows his decrees, who treat people with honesty and respect, and gives to the poor is a man who will surely live. Glory to God.

The Lord reminds us that we are here to do right and live unpunished walking in his way and listening to his voice knowing right from wrong and abiding by them treating our brethren fair and giving to those who have not.

verse 10-13

Tells us that a man who sins and does detestable things will surely die his blood will be on his own head. he knew right from wrong.

verse 14 – 17

The 14th verse starts out saying suppose a son sees all the sins of his father, and even though he see’s them he doesn’t commit them he will not die for his father’s sins he will live for living upright.

Verse 18 -20

These’s verses say to us the righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him. A son who is seeing to it that he follows the laws and Decrees of God s=hould not have to pay for his fathers sins, his father will die for his own sin.

verse 21 – 24

The Lord says to Ezekiel If a wicked man changes his ways and stops sinning then he will live none of the sins that he committed will be remembered . If a righteous man turns away from his righteousness then he will not live and none of his righteous acts will be remembered. He is more pleased when the wicked changes his ways and lives then the Death of the wicked.

Verse 25- 32

The Lord address Israels opinion that he is unjust reminding them that he will save the life of a man who was wicked and decided to turn from all the wicked things he did and save his life. why shouldn’t the man who was righteous die after being righteous and then turning to wicked. He willingly decided that he didn’t want to follow the laws of God.

This chapter reminds us that if we do wrong we reap the consequences. all the Sovereign Lord wants us to do is be in a relationship with him. the more we study and stay in the word the closer we get to him the more we want to please him. Last Thursday I had an honor in joining in on pastor Kimberly Jones Prayer Protocol Boot camp. It was a phenomenal experience I came out of the experience understand how Important it is to be in Gods presence. Activating the ability to pray in the spirit. Job chapter 39

Verse 1-4

God says to Job, Do you know when the mountain goats give birth? Do you watch the doe bears her fawn? Do you count the months till they bear? Do you know the time that they give birth? They crouch down and bring forth their young; thrive and grow strong in the wilds; they leave and do not return.

Praise the Lord serving a God who knows our day of birth to the second. Who protects us when we are sent off in the wild to thrive, who gives us the common sense to survive.

Verse 5-8

Who let the wild donkey’ go free? Who untied his ropes? I gave him the wasteland as his home; the salt flats as his habitat, he laughs at the commotion in the town he does not hear a driver’s shout hr ranges the hilks for his pasture and searches for any green thing.

God  frees us from boundage and even though we roam through sinn and wicked destruction we are sat a side to watch the confusion, and then sets our purpose on the hill for us to focus and eat.

Verse 9-12

Will the wild ox consent to serve you? Will he stay by your Manger at night? Can you hold him with furrow with a harness? Wilk he tikk the valleys behind you? Wilk you rely on him for his great strength?  Will you leave your heavy work to him? Can you trust him to bring in your grain and gather it to your threshing floor.

Hallelujah! !! We should be like the wild ox to God, let him depend on us for the heavy work and let him depend on us to bring in the grain. Lets stay at his manager at night. Hallelujah! Allow God to rely on our strength.

Verse 13-18

The wings of an ostrich flap joyfully, but they can not compare with the pinions and feathers if the stork she lays her eggs on the ground and lets them warm in the sand, unmindful that a foot might crush them, that some wild animal might trample them. She yreats her young harshly, as if they were not hers, she cares not that her labor was in vain, for God did not endow her wisdom or guve her a share of good sense, yet when she spreads her feathers and run she laughs at the horse and rider.

Look at God this Goes out to the child that wonders why there parent didn’t stay around some people God does give them that sense some times the are like that ostrich and like freedom, just know that God had already put in you what you needed to thrive. Unfortunately you were held down by why’s, some where just made to run.

Verse 19- 25

Do you give a horse his strength or his mane? Do you make him leap like a locust. Strinking terror with his proud snorting.  He paws fiercely, rejoicing in his strength, and charges into the fray.He laughs at fear afraid of nothing; he does not shy away from the sword, the quiver rattles against his side.along with the flashing spear and lance (rider) In frienzed excitement he eats up the ground; he cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds, at the blast of the trumpet he snorts, aha! He catches the sent of battle from afar, the shout of commanders and the battle cry.

Verse 26- 30

Does the hawk take flight by your wisdom and spread his wings toward the south? Does the eagle siar at your command and build his nest on high? He dwells on the ckiff and stays there at night, a rocky crag is his stronghold. From there he seeks out his food , his eyes detect it from afar, his young ones feast on blood, and where the slain are there is he.

God asked Job do you give the horses the strength and power to go to war witg his rider, do you tell the hawks to fly south or the eagles to build his nest up high and give him the eye sight to see his food from that far high. God gives all things he creates the ability to live based on the special qualities he put in them. Therefore Job had the ability to live past his pain his affliction cause God already gave him the strength. he was built for that moment in time.

Now for the Important part, if you are in need of salvation Google, download the free bible app or turn your bible to Romans 10:9 and confess with your mouth and believe with your heart that Jesus died on the cross and God raised him from the dead you shall be saved. open the door to a wonderful relationship with our Sovereign God Jesus Christ. Verse 1-7

God answers Job out of the storm. God says who questions my authority withou knowledge. Get yourself together  (man up) I’m going to question you and your going to answer me. Where were you when I laid the earths foundation. Let me know if you have understanding, who made it’s measurements. surely you know what were it’s  footing sets. (It’s  foundation) or who laid it’s cornerstone while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy.

God reminds Job quickly where was he when the earth was created, when the foundation was laud. Hallelujah

Verse 8-11

Who shut up the sea behind the doors. When it burst from the womb when I made the clouds, it’s garmen and wrapped it in thick darkness,  when I fixed limits for it and set it’s doors and bars in place, when I said this far you may come and no further here is where your proud waves halt.

Bless the Lord who has the power to stop the sea  who has the power to block the waves powerful roll, haulting them from overpowering the land.

Verse 12-18

Have you ever given orders in the morning or shown the dawn it’s place, that it might take the earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it? The earth takes shape like clay under a seal; it’s features stand out like those of a garment. The wicked are denied their lightand there up raised arm is broken, have you Journeyed the spring of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep? Have the gates of death been shown to you? Have you understood the vast expanses of the earth. Tell me if you know all this.

God askes Job have you ever commanded the morning to come shaking out the wickedness that hides in the darkness, I remember being a child afraid of the dark, I would lay in the bed waiting for morning because all the things that scared me in the shadows the light would reveal it, feeling safe when the morning comes God reminds Job that there are things he never laid eyes on.

Verse 18-24

What is the way to the abode of light and where does darkness reside? Can you take them to there places? Do you know the paths to their dwellings? Surely  you know , for you were already born, you have lived so many years! Have you entered the storehouses of the snow or seen the storehouse of the hail, which I reserve for times of trouble, for days of war and battle? What is the way to the place where the lightening is dispersed, or the place where the east winds are scattered over the earth?

God asks Job do you know where darkness resides have you seen the storehouses which are reserved  for times of trouble. When we go through hard times God speaks to us through those storms, he teaches us. The storehouse holds our lessons which are our blessings for a time that Gid has set for us.

Verse 25-30

Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain, and a path for the thunderstorm, to water a land where no man lives a desert witg no one in it ro satisfy a disolated waste landband make it sprout with grass. Does the rain have a father? Who father’s the deios of dew? From who womb comes ice? Whi gives birth to the frost from the heavens. When the water becimes hard as stone, when the surface of the deep is frozen.

Listen ti God nothing can compare to God  who are we to put limitations on God he freezes the sea he fathers the rain drops.  He sprouts grass out of deserts.

Verse 31-33

Can you bind the beautiful pleiades?(open star cluster) Can you loose the cord of the Orion ( prominent constellation ) Can you bring forth a constellation in their season or lead out the bear with it’s cubs? Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God’s dominion over the earth

Verse 34-41

Can you raise your voices to the clouds and cover yourself with flooding water? Do you send lightning bolts on their way? Do they report to you, here we are? Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind? Who has wisdom to count the clouds?  Who can tip over the water Jars of the heavens? When the dust becomes hard and fhe xlods of earth sticks together? Do you hunt the prey forbthe lioness and satisfy the hunger of the lions when they crouch in there dens or lie in the wait of the thicket( bushes or trees) who provides food for the raven when its young cry out to God  and wander about for lack of food?

Praise God  who  feeds the kions, who waters  the earth who sends out bolts of lightning.

Glory to God that our is ruler of all things l, He is Amazing to me, He provides for all things water for the desert, food for the lions, food for us, and wakes the bears Hallelujah! who else can do all this creator of the constellation. Who are we to put limitations on what God will do and who are we to say what is right or wrong when it comes to the Lord our God.

Praise the Lord

Job chapter 36

Verse 1-4

Elihu Continues. Elihu tells them (Job and his friends) to listen to him because his words are knowledge, he says I get my knowledge from afar.

Verse 5-12

God is mighty,  but he does not despise men; He is mighty and firm in his purpose. He does not keep the wicked alive, but gives the afflicted their rights. He does not take his eyes off the righteous. He enthrones them with kings and exalts them forever. But if men are bound in chains held fast by cords of affliction, he tell them what they have done, that they have sinned arrogantly. He makes them listen to corrections and commands them to repent of their evil. If they obey him and serve him they will spend the rest of their days in prosperity and years content. But if they do not listen they will perish by the sword and die without knowledge.

These verses are true, God does not take his eyes off the righteous and when when we do things that isn’t of God, then we have conviction it starts tapping us on our shoulders “yeah, that wasn’t right, that wasn’t of the Father?” We know that we need to repent for the known and the unknown and we will continue to recieve what God has planned for us. If we don’t repent we will be stuck, perish by the sword. Sometimes the sword us a life time of conviction, death without knowledge.  To die without the wisdom that God wants you to have, to know and believe that you are set apart, that he has prepared abundance for you, more than you even expect coming frome sources unexpected. ( I don’t know who that was for but it wasn’t in my notes) Gloryyyyyy to GOD.

Verse 13-21

Those who are not walking with God, harbor resentment. Even when he shacles there feet  they  do not cry for helo they die in their youth, among those who Idolize. But those who suffers he delivers in their suffering, he speaks to them in their affliction. He is pursuing you from the jaws of distress to a spacious place from restrictions and at a table full of God food. But now your full of judgement of the wicked, Judgement and justice has taken hold of you ( he is speaking to Job) But becareful  that you are not enticed by riches do not be bribed. Would your wealth or all your things satisfy you, so that tou won’t be distressed?  Do not long for the night, to drag people away from their homes. Beware of turning evil, which you seem to prefer to affliction.

Elihu says those that are not walking with God does not cry for help even when they can’t  move but the ones who cry out in suffering will be delivered. That is true when we learn what we need to learn we are delivered. He is going to take you frim the restricted place and put you in a large space and he’s going to spiritually fwed you from his table. Elihu reminds us not to then fall in to Judgement or wanting wrong for others because that’s falling into sin. Yes we get upset when people do us wrong but we have to put on our righteousness and allow God to deal with people according ti how he sees fit. Praise God. Being bribed into wanting what someone who got over has leads you into thinking maybe if you didn’t follow God you would be okay and have more but the truth is Nothing of this world will take away you distress and suffering. No money , no house ,ni pocketbooks, shoes, sneakers, debt free, nithing your still gonna have that empty pain inside only God Can fill you up with what is missing only Good can give you the abundant knowledge to over come what you are going through. Even the rich suffer from depression even the richer suffer from low self esteem. Even the rich cry from wanting more. So no need to sell your soul for more your still going to be going through the trenches.

Verse 22 -26

God is Exalted in his power who is a teacher like him? Who has written his ways for him, or said to him, you have done wrong?

Remember to extol (praise) his work, which men have praised in zsong. All mankind has seen it men gaze on it from afar. How great is God, beyond our understanding!!! The number of his years are past finding out.

God is high in his power no one is a teacher like him, no one has taught him his ways. And no one can tell him he’s wrong.  Remember to praise him and his works, men praised him in song. All of us have seen Gods work, when we look in the mirror or out the window,   we need to praise him for the breath of air that we take, we can’t even say how many years he existed.

Verse 27 -33

He draws uo water and makes rain from the clouds, and abundantly pours it out on mankind. Who can explain the clouds or the thundering of his pavilion? He spreads his lighting and covers the depth of the sea.
This is how he judges the people, he gives food in abundance he covers his hands with lighting and tells it where to strike. His thunder annouces the storm, the cattle are also told of the coming storm.

How powerful and Sovereign os the God we serve he collects the water and holds it in the clouds and releases it. That the lightening even follows orders and is told where to strike. That we can hear rhe announcement of the storm. Gloryyyy to God we give him praises Thank yoh Lord thatvwe can see the  works of your hands Hallelujah .

Job chapter 35

Verse 1-3

Elihu says to Job do you think it’s ok. For you to say your right not God? And you ask him what profit do you get for not sinning.

Verse 4-8

Elihu says I would like to tell you and your friends, look up to the heavens. if you sin what does that do to him? If your sins are many , how does it affect him? If you are righteous, what do you give him? Or what does he recieve from you? Your wickedness affects only man like yourself. Your righteousness affects only the son of men.

Elihu is saying look to God, look where he is at, if you sin how does it affect him. What is your sin going to do to God. If you are righteous what does he recieve from you, what are you giving  to God. Your wickedness only affects those that are like you , your nieghbor, your righteousness only man can recieve your gifts of righteousness. What Elihu fails to mention is that God is pleased with hus when we dress in our righteousness.
Verse 9-12

Men cry out under pressure, the plea for relief from God. But no one says where is God my maker? Who teaches more to us than the beast of the earth, and makes us wiser than the birds. He does not answer when men cry out because  of the arrogance of the wicked.

Elihu is daying that we end up ubder pressure but we want to cry out for relief but not for Gods presence, he says but God doesn’t answer us because  of our arrogance, saying I did nothing wrong why am I going through this. Basically what Job is saying.

Verse 13-16

God does not listen to their empty plea, he pays no attention to it. How much less will he listen when you say  that you don’t see him, and that his anger never punishes and he doesn’t take note of what the wicked is doing. Job opens his mouth and says nothing, he speaks without knowledge.

Elihu is saying that God isn’t listening to Job because he isn’t making sense that Job is speaking arrogantly.  This chapter reminds me how quick we can go from speaking Gods words to personal opinions.  Elihu was right our sins affect our neighbors so be careful how you treat others what Elihu was wrong about is it does affect God. When his children cries he hears(Job 34:28). When we are righteous our neighbors are blessed which is pleasing to the father.  Please remember to do as Job and dress in your righteousness everyday  be blessed
